Consistent common cold

Getting infected with the common cold or influenza every now and then is a sign that is trying to tell you that your immune system is weak. Generally, people catch cold winters or sometimes in summers as well but if this is getting frequent with you, you better take the help of a doctor. It might be some respiratory issues like bronchitis, asthma or allergies, etc.


If you have a job that is taking a toll on your mental health or you stay stressed due to personal stuff, your immune system might get weakened. As per research , having a lot of stress decreases your white blood cells (the army that fights the invaders in the body), it will eventually weaken your immune system.

Feeling exhausted

If you feel exhausted all the time, it might be a symptom that your immune system has weakened. If you are feeling tired even after taking a proper night’s sleep, you must do something for the white blood cell army of your body.

Another symptom of not having a strong immune system is having a ton of stomach issues. If you have consistent gastric issues, constipation or indigestion issues, there is a possibility of your immune system becoming weak.

These are the thing that you can do to boost up your immune system:

  • Include vitamins and minerals especially add Vitamin C to your diet. You can have citrus fruits like oranges, gooseberries, etc.
  • Have golden milk, it is enriched with the goodness of turmeric which is said to be a great immune booster.
  • Do corpse pose for 10-15 minutes daily. It will help you to de-stress.
  • To get rid of stress you can also add Brahmi.
  • Drink turmeric tea.

These are just simple measures that you should take to boost your immune system. You should consult a doctor to get professional help if you don’t get benefited in a few days.
